We then provide a free, no obligation quotation in writing. We never require money to be paid up-front, instead we take staged payments. We do this to give our customers confidence.

 At your Discretion, we would advise:

• Ensure your chosen contractor has insurance
• Get any quote or correspondence in writing on a letterhead
• Take their full address
• Pay no money upfront
• Ask for a company registration number
